DSV in United Arab Emirates has implemented an electronic invoicing Program for all its customers.

Being a responsible corporate citizen, DSV in the UAE is supporting the UAE Government’s 2021 Vision initiative of “Sustainable environment “. We encourage our customers to participate in this Program as it will enable efficient and timely following of the settlement and accounting procedures as well as it will help to save the environment. Our strategy is to move all our customers to e-invoicing, with an overall goal to cease processing paper invoices and documents by 1st June 2019.

These following are the available options for receiving the e-invoices:

  • Electronic invoices and supporting documents generated from ERP will be sent out at the time of completion of shipment /ETA / ETD
  • Hard copies of Invoice & Supporting documents will be sent by a courier on a weekly / fortnightly / monthly basis. (Please note that the administration fee is applicable)

Invoice settlement

We also encourage our Customers to initiate electronic / online bank transfers to reduce the time invested on coordinating the collection of cheques and time on the processing of manual payments. The options offered are:

  • Wire Transfer.
  • Payment by cheque. (Please note that the administration fee is applicable)
